When we first put a chat box on our website, we laughed and thought, "no one will ever use this." Hundreds of contacts later, we were way wrong.  Giving prospects the ability to quickly contact us has created more opportunities to have more quality conversations.  We have been looking forward to the release of HubSpot's Messaging service because of its integration directly into their portal as well as the custom features to provide the right chat to the right person at the right time.  We currently are using their beta version of Messages, but the full release is coming really soon.
